Facilities
Completed in February 2000 it is fully
furnished holiday home, and includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, two element hob, washing machine, clothes drier, shower,
toilet, TV, video/DVD player, stereo and gas BBQ.
There is external storage for skis and the like, and separate covered
parking from the main residence. Internet access is available via
free wireless broadband connection.
Beautiful Views
French doors open onto a sunny hardwood deck over looking the beautiful
Lake Wanaka and majestic mountain ranges including views to Mt Aspiring
and the national park.
Accommodation
The Cottage has two upstairs bedrooms; the master room has a king-size
bed (that can be separated into two singles), and the second room
off the master room has a queen. Much of the furniture and fittings
have been individually commissioned to complement the up-market
yet rustic style that befits a country cottage. The Cottage has
lake views and is approximately 2 km from the centre of town, or
five minutes walk to the lake. Linen is provided.
Tariff
We set a maximum of four people staying at any one time
The cottage has a rental rate of $150-$300 per night (inc GST),
a surcharge may apply during certain holiday periods.
The rental accommodation is generally available only short term
and for a minimum of 3 days, maximum by negotiation. |
